Joe brings a background in both
criminal and
civil litigation to his work on behalf of injured clients. He began his career as an
assistant solicitor in South Carolina’s Fifth Judicial Circuit
before moving into civil litigation and later completing the
Trial Lawyers College’s intensive training program. Today, personal injury is a central focus of his practice.

Patrick “Pat” Sharpe

Pat’s practice is shaped by extensive experience in the criminal justice system. He began his career at the
Richland County Public Defender’s Office, where he handled more than
700 General Sessions cases, and later
prosecuted DUI cases for the
City of Columbia. That background allows Pat to look at a criminal case from multiple angles when evaluating the evidence and preparing a defense.
